Chapter 2.Unicorn tribe

"So the chosen one ,the winged unicorn with a gold horn ,will save us ?"asked Wila .She lowered her head to graze on the soft green grass .
"Yes ,and the chosen one will become leader ."Trok said grazing on the grass .He had just finished the meeting on high hill ,explaining about the chosen unicorn with wings .
"Doret ,I see you have returned .Please bring some cali leaf to Ferin ,she needs to restock on that herb ,just in case your mate Purra starts having birth ."
"I will ."Doret said as he walked away
" Here is your cali leaves ,i heard you needed some ?"Doret dropped the leaves onto the floor by Ferin,s hooves .
"Yes ,thank you.Only a few days till Purra is expecting her foal ."
"Really ?! I didn't know !How is she ?I have been gathering berries and plants all day for the tribe all day .I am going to see her know . Doret galloped out of the medicine tree and raced toward the foal tree .Hara,s two colts where jumping around the her,asking to become learners early .
"I want Trok to be my mentor! "said Berak,galloping around his brother .
"Purra is over there !Hara yelled over the galloping hooves,pointing her heard to the right .
"Thank you ."Doret quickly walked inside the tree .It was very soft with moss the learners brought in , he then spotted Purra in a corner .
"Hello Doret !"exclaimed Purra,nuzzled Doret .
"How are you ?I hope every thing is going well ."said Doret.
I'm fine,did you hear the good news ?Purra said,nuzzling Doret again,she was filled with happiness.

1 .Wolves tribe

"I have some news", exclaimed Lila.

She jumped onto the glacier,with one precise jump.

"The ancestors have spoken to us. A wolf as white as snow will be born. That wolf will work with a unicorn to defeat Vaal!"

The wolves howled in pure delight at this news. Bear, a fierce fighter, walked toward the glacier. "When will this happen?", he said,looking at his pregnant mate."We do not know,this meeting is over."

Lila jumped down then went to her tree. The Ivy that covered the entrance shivered as she passed through. Then the exhausted Alpha fell asleep peacefully.

"The Omega,s are back with some prey.", said Aqua as the pack walked in.

"Oh good!I need to talk to Luna."Bear said, then walked over to where the pack was setting down there catch."
"He is very worried about you!", Petal said while grooming her pup with soft licks, "Elk was the same with me before I had this little one!", she said and then tickled Leaf, her bouncy curious pup.

"I know, ever since the last meeting he has been wanting our pup to be the chosen one.", said Star.Bear walked to the nursing tree and dropped at mouse at her paws. "I thought you might be hungry."

"Thank you", Bear walked to the prey tree and dropped the rest of his catch in.

"Bring prey to Sun. She is very busy restocking her herbs.", said Luna as she passed by."I will,I'm heading that way."

Bear picked a plump dove then set off for the healing tree. Then he over heard Sun talking to Lila.

"The spirit visited me in my dreams,it said that the white wolf, after it defeats
Vaal shall become Alpha."

Prologue

"Who are you?", the leaders cried, backing away from the pool.

"We come with a prophecy. One unicorn with wings as bright as starlight and one wolf as white as the snow will save you from the monster Vaal. They will take a journey West to the great Crashak, then they must defeat it. Do not be afraid, for when they reach the center of the mountain they will be rewarded for their perseverance ."

The sparkling figures disappeared into the water rippling the pool, it sat still.

"We must bring this news to the tribes.", said the majestic wolf, looking into the water.

"I agree we must leave at once!"

The horned horse then whinnied ,and galloped toward his tribe.

The start of my book!

Hello!I am Gabby,I have decided to write a book about wolves and unicorns. Ok, maybe when I say "unicorns" you think of fancy Disney princess. This is different. In this story there is an evil creature called Vaal. No one knows what it looks like, but it has wounded and killed many creatures. So who will defeat this creature?
